Best feature they have digital key check in, just bypass the front desk and go straight to your room. They serve a free buffet supper. The room was clean. The television was very good. The bathroom was clean but this was also the source of my only complaint, the toilet seat was not securely fastened to the bowl. This is something that the housekeeping folks should have noticed and reported to maintenance before the room was rented.
The service at this hotel is unmatched!! Za’Qayla absolutely rocks the front desk and makes it feel extremely welcoming the second you walk in the door. I travel a lot for work and this has been my favorite experience by far. Highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area :)
Comfort was a 10/10 the bed was like sleeping on marshmallows and the pillows were so comfortable. I slept like a rock. Breakfast was amazing I had the Texas waffle and it was so light and fluffy I love the waffle bar. The staff were so polite and kind I would definitely stay here again
We had to stop for the night from traveling back from our ski trip. I grew up in the area so I wanted to see Borger again. A lot of the town has changed and I didn’t recognize most of it. Hampton Inn was newer and was a great location. You couldn’t smell Phillips or the carbon black plant from there. The front desk was kind and very helpful. The rooms were new and beds were comfy.
Overnighted here on a trip up to Colorado and had a nice stay. We got a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. The room itself was very big, plenty of space for a family of 5. The bedding / mattress were new, memory foam in the pullout which was nice. The breakfast was standard for what you would expect. Nothing fancy, but for a grab and get on the road it's perfectly fine. My only negative is no pool or hot tub.
The front desk staff were pleasant. I didn't get any complimentary water as an honors member, but I did get the honors rate and wifi. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed. The breakfast was a letdown because a lot of items had run out and were not being replenished, even though there was still an hour left before breakfast ended.
Very large and comfortable rooms. Nice esthetic and clean. Julia was really friendly and welcoming.
Nice hotel, though I did feel like I got neglected for room cleaning service. I stayed here 11 nights and my room was cleaned once. I had to request more fresh towels during my second week since I kept thinking "surely they'll come by today," but they didn't. Overall though, the staff is nice and the hotel was quiet. I would stay here again.
